Job Description

In this position you will design and implement major features of the .NET or ORACLE suite of products. You will work on a small team of experienced and talented developers. Your work will be crucial to DynaMesh .NET and ORACLE products and their success.


Responsibilities

  • Design major features
  • Implement major features on time and with high quality
  • Work with product management to define requirements
  • Create functional specifications and designs
  • Work with QA to ensure the quality of the feature
  • Find and improve performance bottlenecks

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years software engineering experience
  • Exceptional .NET or ORACLE programming skills and OO design techniques
  • Extensive data structures and algorithm development experience
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of database/data modeling concepts
  • Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • History of delivering high-quality, well-designed software products
  • Strong communication skills

Experience

  • Experience developing Internet and Windows applications
  • Extensive VB .NET, C#, and ASP.NET or PL/SQL experience
  • Experience working with the MS SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle databases
  • Familiarity with unit test development
  • Good knowledge of UML Design

Salary offered

  • Monthly salary between USD800 and USD1200

Job Description

  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in coordination with the Sales organization
  • Add value throughout the sales process in the areas of
    • Requirements analysis
    • Solution development
    • In depth product demonstrations
    • Transition to Professional Services
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of DynaMesh applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives
  • Provide input to other departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within our CRM system

Qualifications

  • 3 + years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle in CRM, ERP and Ecommerce applications
  • Previous application experience in one or more of the following desired:
    • SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Epicor, Great Plains, AccPac, Siebel or Salesforce.com
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
  • Successful quota achievement
  • BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience

Job Description:

As a member of the IML Group Customer Support team, you will be responsible for handling customer product questions and issues. Understanding the sense of urgency in delivering an accurate response will make you a successful addition to our already exceptional team. You will also handle escalation calls from the first level customer coordinator and be a "Help Desk" resource for them and be available to provide on-site support. You will respond to customer's e-mails, troubleshoot problems they may have, document features they would like added to our suite of products and more. May be required to work overtime.
 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of general accounting or inventory management principles are a must
  • 3+ years in support center (technical / customer) organization providing e-mail, telephone and on-site support
  • Experienced in developing and delivering informal internal training
  • Strong ERP knowledge, Familiarity with Windows and Web products
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expert knowledge of Internet, browsers and web navigation
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills. Superb analytical skills: Ability to think "outside-the-box" to resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, service-oriented individual


Recommended Skills:

  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with software in an ASP and ASP.NET environment
  • Advanced Accounting experience that can include any combination of: Payroll / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Inventory Management / Job Costing / Hospital Management / Web
