RockWise CEMIS - The Performance Monitoring & Evaluation System (PMES)

The Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) provides the PMT with the tools to plan, monitor and measure project performance and report the information to management and other stakeholders in an efficient and systematic manner.

• Provides the means of defining indicators that include project objectives, impacts, inputs, outputs, and risks.
• Allows defining other indicators for various entities such as projects, programs, and tenders for subcontracting and sub-contracts.
• Identifies the members of the PMT who are in charge of following up on such activities as well as those who will receive the reports generated from the field visits.
• System can be used as a management tool for scheduling and reporting on major activities from the field that might affect project performance and execution in order to permit management to take the necessary measures to improve project performance and profitability.
