The Equipment & Vehicle Control System (EVCS) provides management on project sites proper control on all fleets that are used for specific projects to include owned, rented or leased ones.
- Captures data on fleet usage and idle time from the time sheets
- Reports on running cost to the Project Accounting System
- Interfaces with the Maintenance Control System and the Inventory Control System in order to keep proper log on maintenance activities, cost with respect to labor, material, and spare parts.
- Monitors fleets under warranty or under a special maintenance contract
