RockWise HRMS - Time Attendance
The Time Attendance module provides an interface with the “Time Management Control System” whereby each employee has a badge with his or her photograph and their person¬nel number.
Key Features:
- Define different business rules for different employee group within the organization whereby the working hours and days are defined
- Validate the data transmitted from the time attendance machine
- Keep a log of the date and time entering and leaving the company’s premises
- Allow the personnel department to have better control on information related to presence
- Allow supervisor to include payroll interface to assign deduction on unallocated absence and additional earnings and overtime for overtime on hours
- Helps take the necessary measures when and if unauthorized absences occur by taking corrective action and logging it in the payroll or the disciplinary management sub-module
- Interface with most of data collection machines
