The Change Management System (ChMS) keeps track of all claims and complaints submitted by the contractors, suppliers, consulting firms and individual consultants as well as the penalties issued to subcontractors.

• System tracks all transmittals among various parties, logs results, comments, and triggers actions when required.
• Allows users, project managers and others, to generate all necessary reports of all variation orders that may affect delivery schedule.
• Provides the user with the option to categorize and identify the causes, and classify the claims, complaints, and penalties for easier reporting.
• In addition, claims, complaints and penalties are linked to the Contract Management System (CMS), thus providing better control which provides accountability, transparency and improved profits.
