The Letter of Credit and Letter of Guarantee System (LCLG) maintains all necessary information regarding LCs and LGs that are issued to different projects.

• Provides financial officers the facility to initiate, validate and get management approval. The system keeps a log on all communication, documents and other material required to issue such Guarantees from the financial institutions
• Maintains necessary information such as date, references, project and contract assigned to, amount and currency, date of issuance and expiry, list of approvers and list of documents
• Provides the capability of managing LCs and LGs issued to an organization from the subcontractors and provides a set of numerous management reports based on information that include: project, bank, amount, currency, issuing and expiry dates, clients, subcontractors, etc.
