RockWise CEMIS - Purchasing Control System

The Purchasing Control System consists of a suite of three modules: Requisitioning, Tendering and Purchasing. It provides the various departments within the procurement division with a complete set of management tools needed to control the procurement of material and services. These modules reflect the procedures required to process a purchase order throughout its cycle: handling a requisition, creation of a tender when and if needed, request for quotations, process quotation analysis and evaluation, preparation of a purchase order, revision control, quality assurance, follow-up, delivery, and interfacing with Accounts Payable and Budget Control.
