RockWise CEMIS - Document Management System

The Document Management System (DMS) is designed to keep track of all documents (regardless of their type and nature) that are necessary to the PMT as well as management at regional and corporate offices. DMS major features include:

  • Provides the user with the means to scan contracts documents, contract bank guarantees, advance payments, payment certificates, claims, or others
  • Allows the user to enter supplementary information through a user defined template that may include the contract number, subject, keywords, dates, action dates, remarks and other items to facilitate retrieving, viewing, and grouping such documents based on user-defined selection criteria

  • System is designed to be integrated with the other systems and is customizable in order to meet the requirements of the business units

  • Allows user to display results and print and email them to other users
  • Interfaces with Autodesk’s AutoCad System and Microsoft Access for quick and easy retrieval of documents
