The capacity building module, AIDA, is a standalone module, yet integrated with RockWise-HRMS; it aims at empowering your staff with the business and services of your company. It facilitates setting-up a complete training program with unlimited number of questions with true or false or multiple-choice answer, associate a score for every question, identify the corresponding answer, and provide detail explanations. The administrator can define the participants and the duration of the training program, and the participant may enroll and participate in the training program by responding to each question interactively.
