RockWise HRMS - The Payroll System
The payroll module handles various categories of employees. It allows defining different payroll groups, each with specific business rules and calculation methods. It facilitates the handling of different types of payroll for salaried employees who are employed on permanent basis, hourly laborers and others who work on a contract basis. The module allows the system administrator, with the coordination of the payroll officers, to parameterize system defaults related to overtime policies, benefits, standard deductions related to social security charges, income taxes, insurance, car benefits, transportation allowance, housing allowances, and many others.
