RockWise HRMS - The Recruitement System
The Recruitment module provides the means of assessing manpower requirements for various job posi¬tions. It helps achieve better control over hiring procedures, keeps a databank of potential recruits, and manages job interviews.
Features include: managing job descriptions and required skills, handling requests for new recruits, advertisement logs, and archiving of CVs. It also maintains candidate’s basic information such as: personal bio-data, dependents, current and permanent addresses, languages proficiency, references, diplomas, referrals, pro¬fessional experiences and skills.
In addition, the system manages the complete cycle of recruitment, from requisition to announcements and advertising, logging applicants’ CVs, scheduling of interviews, logging of interview results, assessing results, processing of job offers, handling appointment letters and up to signing the actual employment contract.

- Handle requisitions for job hiring from different departments within the organization
- Map job vacancies and link them to requisitioning of job hiring
- Announce job openings in newspapers and other media
- Assign a recruitment agency to handle the recruitment process or handle first line-selection of candidates
- Associate skills required for the specific job in addition to the standard ones that are previously defined
- Assign potential candidates for the ‘job’ from outside the organization or from within different business units, branches, and departments.
- Assign a number of specialists (recruiters and managers) within the organization for a job interview
- Schedule job interviews for both the recruiters and candidates, prepare, and forward a personalized letter or email
- Interview candidates, maps their skills against the standard job requirements, and assigns the appropriate score for each skill
- Check on candidates’ background to include previous jobs, educational history and references
- Provide interviewer a list of standard as well as specific questions related to the job in order to be used during the job interview
- Compute candidate’s score as the average of the Interviewers’ evaluations
- Select the candidate or candidates and issue a standard personalized letter and employment contract
- Facilitate the means of transferring the data collected during the ‘job’ hiring to the personnel master file with a simple mouse click upon contract signature
- Capture any document of interest using the Document Management System and associate them with the candidate’s file
- Facilitate the means of invoking a search on potential candidates from the CVs databank based on specific job requirements
