RockWise HRMS facilitates defining payroll groups with business rules covering standard and parameterized earnings and deduc¬tions like social security, taxes and compensation. It manages medical claims of employees and their dependents with the National Social Security Fund and insurance companies. With RockWise Employee Self-Service, the employees can retrieve basic information related data and submit request for leaves, loans, claims, travel requests and tens of other functions. HRMS offers an easy-to-use Doc¬ument Management System to help you archive and retrieve documents associated with a candidate or an employee and his/her dependents.
